WHATSAPP LIVE FIT NEWS

This is used for instant news, such as a cancellation. If I have not invited you to the feed and you would like to join, please let me know and I can send the invite.

 

FACEBOOK LIVE FIT PAGE

For communication on latest news and events. Also a place to share yoga videos and pictures.

WEBSITE

If the class is not showing on the website, it has been cancelled. On the homepage there will be a news bar, that lets you know of any changes.

 

Terms and Conditions:

CANCELLATION PERIOD

The cancellation period is 4 hours. It says 12 hours on the system. But if you contact me outside the 4 hour period I will put your pass back on account.

NON REFUNDABLE

Passes, once purchased are non refundable.

SHARING PASSES

You can give passes to a family member, or friend (that does not intend to join) Please message me to apply to your account.

FIRST CLASS FREE

The first taster class is free to try. There is no obligation to join. 

EXTENSIONS ON PASSES

If you are a regular customer and you have had an injury that has stopped you from being able to attend, you can be offered an extension on your passes. 

If I, myself have had to close class due to illness or injury, I can offer extensions on passes if necessary.

Otherwise, the time period with which to use your 6 class pass and Gentle 6 class pass is 4 months. The 12 class passes are to be used within an 8 month period. 

 

 

Wix Bookings on Live Fit Website:

 

LOG IN

The first time you go to book your classes, you will be asked to log into the Live Fit website. You will need an email and then you will be asked to create a password. You will receive a confirmation email with a code to verify your log in.

If you have problems with logging in, please contact Sarah to get into your account. 

 

BOOKING YOUR CLASSES

Once logged in, you can then choose your class and follow the links to pay for a drop in, 6 passes or 12 passes.

If you prefer to pay via transfer, please contact Sarah.

QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR ACCOUNT

If you have purchased passes and cannot access them or have any queries, please contact Sarah so that she can give you the information on your account.
